About Me

Catherine is a licensed marriage family therapist and a licensed professional clinical counselor specializing in individual therapy, and maintains a private practice in Corona, California.

With over 20 years experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of treatment are trauma resolution, cancer support, parenting concerns, ADHD, behavioral issues, grief recovery, anxiety, and divorce support.

In addition to being an experienced individual and relationship therapist, Catherine served for over 5 years as the Clinical Director of Mental Health at a community agency where she oversaw the clinical training of the therapist trainees and associates as they prepared for licensure.

Catherine is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
